In addition to the announced engines of 1.5 and 2.0 liters, there is an opportunity to expand the range of engines. So far, only assembly has been mastered, without machining. The plant uses five industrial manipulators that perform complex technological operations with high accuracy and speed.
All assembled engines are tested on a stand: «The first launch is made, which simulates operation in real conditions. Then the engine is sent to the finished product warehouse and enters the assembly shop for installation on the car».
The plant plans to produce more than 100 thousand engines per year, they should be installed on 90% of Russian Havals (Jolion, F7, F7x and Dargo).
