The characteristics and images of the smartphone were leaked by the Chinese operator
The global premiere of OnePlus 12 will take place on January 23, and OnePlus 12R will debut on the same day. OnePlus itself is still silent regarding the new model, but the Chinese operator China Telecom has already leaked all the details – images, specifications and even prices.
OnePlus 12R will be called OnePlus Ace 3 in China, its main hardware will be SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The top version will have 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of flash memory.
OnePlus Ace 3 will have an OLED screen with a diagonal of 6.78 inches and a resolution of 2480 x 1264 pixels. The front camera will have a 16-megapixel sensor, the main camera – with sensors with a resolution of 50, 8 and 2 megapixels. The battery capacity will be 5500 mAh and will likely support 100W charging. Dimensions and weight of OnePlus Ace 3 – 163.3 x 75.27 x 8.8 mm and 207 grams.
In China, the new product will go on sale on January 31, 2024. The prices are considerable: 12/256 GB – $465, 16/512 GB – $520, 16GB/1TB – $560. In China, for $465 you can buy a Redmi K70 Pro with the same amount of memory, only a 2K screen, a better camera and most importantly – with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
