Up to 768 GB of memory in one box and price up to $4,840. V-Color OC R-DIMM Octo-Kit DDR5 RAM introduced

For Ryzen Threadripper Pro 7000

The V-Color company presented OC R-DIMM Octo-Kit DDR5 RAM sets for the AMD WRX90 platform, that is, for Ryzen Threadripper Pro 7000 processors. 

Kits will include DDR5 memory from DDR5-5600 to DDR5-7200 with capacities from 128 to 768 GB in one set. In both cases, we are talking about eight memory modules with capacities from 16 to 96 GB per module. 

The memory does not have heatsinks on the DRAM chips, but there are micro heatsinks that protect the RCD and PMIC chips.  

Memory is already available for pre-order, starting at $1,050 for a 128 GB kit and DDR5-5600 modules. If we talk about the most expensive set of DDR5-7200 modules with a capacity of 768 GB, then it will cost a considerable $4,840.
