They are very different
Nvidia presented the most budget professional video cards for laptops from the current generation: RTX 500 Ada Generation and RTX 1000 Ada Generation.
Since these are mobile cards, there are no specific prices for them, but in any case, these are the cheapest adapters of this class from Nvidia.
If in the previous generation the RTX 500 and RTX 1000 were very similar, then in the new generation they differ in literally everything. The RTX 500 Ada has 2048 CUDA cores and 4GB of memory with a 64-bit bus. TDP is 35-60 W.
RTX 1000 Ada, in turn, already offers 2560 CUDA cores and a 96-bit bus with 6 GB of memory. TDP varies in the range of 35-140 W.
The performance of the younger card (FP32) is stated to be 9.2 TFLOPS, while the older one is 12.1 TFLOPS. For comparison, for previous generation adapters this parameter was 7 and 7.5 TFLOPS in the same order.
