Microsoft announced the complete end of support for Windows 10 version 21H2. The company is now automatically updating PCs running Windows 10 21H2 Enterprise, Education and IoT Enterprise, which are not overseen by corporate IT departments, to the more modern version 22H2.

As noted by Microsoft, the update released on June 11, 2024 was the last for Windows 10 version 21H2. Therefore, Windows 10 21H2 will no longer be able to receive monthly security updates. Users are also reminded of the need to upgrade to Windows 11.

A year ago, the end of support reached the version of Windows 10 21H2 for ordinary users.
