The Japanese rally hot hatch Toyota GR Yaris has proven itself in recent years as a car that is great for modifications. A new version of the Toyota GR Yaris has been created in the UK, which stands out not only for its appearance, but also for its insane power.
This Toyota GR Yaris can easily compete with real sports cars. Comprehensive work has been carried out on the engine. In particular, it now has completely forged internal parts. The modder installed a Pulsar turbocharger. Additionally, the GR Yaris features new Kelford camshafts and springs, as well as a Lamspeed exhaust manifold. After modification, the engine produces 530 hp. and is combined with a six-speed manual transmission, as well as a new gear lever.
The car also looks much more impressive than the regular GR Yaris. That's because it was fitted with a widebody kit from Prior Performance, and also received a carbon fiber hood and a new rear wing. The interior features new Recaro Sportster leather seats, a Sabelt steering wheel, a new digital instrument cluster, and a Rolls-Royce-inspired Starlight headliner.
Recall that Toyota intends to expand the attractiveness of the model by releasing an option with a new automatic transmission. To recap, Toyota is working on a new eight-speed transmission it calls GR-DAT, or «direct automatic transmission» (Direct Automatic Transmission), which she believes will provide drivers with a new, exciting experience.
The Toyota GR Yaris RZ-H with an all-new automatic transmission is rumored to debut early next year at the Tokyo Motor Show.
