The new rating lists the most durable cars that can easily travel 500,000 km and much more. The rating is compiled by Hotcars based on reliability and performance information provided by CarSurvey experts, as well as car owners on Reddit and YouTube.
The Toyota 4Runner 1983-1989 topped the rating with a record recorded mileage of 2.3 million km. This is an SUV built for the toughest driving conditions, as numerous owners can attest to.
Honda Accord 1990-1993 took second place with a maximum mileage of 1.6 million km. Honda has earned a reputation for making some of the longest-lasting cars, and the Accord — one of them. The fourth-generation Accord has been around for more than three decades, with many cars clocking hundreds of thousands of miles without any problems.
Third place went to the 2009-2014 Ford F-150 pickup, which also set a record of 1.6 million kilometers.
