Huawei is the first here: its Aito cars were the best-selling in January in China

Supplies increased 6.3 times over the year

Aito, backed by tech giant Huawei, announced on February 1, 2024 that it shipped 32,973 devices in January, up 6.3 times from last year, and on 34.76% more than the previous month. This has allowed Aito to become the best-selling brand among new energy companies.

Deliveries of the Aito Wenjie M7 totaled 31,253 new vehicles, surpassing the 30,000 unit mark for the first time since its market launch in September 2023. Cumulative order volume for Wenjie M7 has exceeded 140,000 units.

From January 31, 2024, Aito began releasing OTA (over-the-air) updates for M5 and M7. These updates provide enhanced Autopilot capabilities that are independent of existing maps, expanding autonomous vehicle driving capabilities in China.
