Hogwarts Legacy will receive free content. The developers want to thank the players

Hogwarts Legacy was the best-selling game of last year, selling over 24 million copies, which is an incredible result. At the beginning of the year, the developers announced that they were preparing new elements, and studio employee Chandler Wood confirmed that the update would be free.

It is not yet known what exactly the studio plans to add. The developers recalled that the task, which was exclusive to PlayStation consoles, will become available on other platforms in the summer. However, this is not new information, since it was reported earlier.

“Hello everyone! We're glad you're looking forward to the free Hogwarts Legacy update this summer. We've really enjoyed seeing all the speculation and hope for what's to come in this update, and while we're not ready to talk about it yet, I wanted to set some expectations for what we're working on. Our original wording of “additional updates and gaming features” was intentional. This update is a small gesture to thank our players for the amazing reception the game has received.”

Wood called the update a “small gesture” that we can hardly expect anything big.
