Ghost of Tsushima, an adventure game set in feudal Japan, will be released on May 16, 2024 on PC.
The company behind the port, Nixxes, has made graphical improvements that make the game look better than on PlayStation 5. A video has surfaced online showing the differences between the PC and PS5 versions.
The Pentoplanya video is based on the PC version trailer that was released this week. It shows that the biggest change is the lighting, which looks better and much more realistic on PC. Scenes have more detail and contrast, and colors are more vibrant – “looks like a real samurai film.”
Ghost of Tsushima on PC will include all the additions and features from the Director's Cut on PS5, including the Iki Island expansion and Legends co-op mode. The PC game will support unlimited frame rates, mouse and keyboard controls, NVIDIA DLSS 3 and AMD FSR 3 for upscaling and frame generation, support for 21:9, 32:9 and 48:9 resolutions, and full support for DualSense controllers.
