US prices start at $1,000

Laptops based on the Snapdragon X SoC went on sale today. And it's not just the Acer Go Pro AI.

A slew of PCs have hit the market that fall into Microsoft's new Copilot+ category. At least a dozen and a half models are already available in the US, and that's unlikely to be all.

We're talking about Microsoft, Samsung, Dell, Lenovo and HP laptops. Their prices range from $1,000 to $2,100, but excluding the top-end Surface models, the price ceiling is significantly lower – $1,700.

All models have at least 16 GB of RAM and a 256 GB SSD. The most affordable models are equipped with the Snapdragon X Plus SoC, while models based on the X Elite start at $1,200. Against this background, the Chinese price for the model Acer seems very attractive.
