Roskachestvo believes that they will reduce conflicts with delivery points, suppliers and clients
The head of Roskachestvo Maxim Protasov reported that in Russia the creation of a family of GOST standards for the operation of marketplaces is beginning. According to him, plans for the adoption of such GOST standards are set for 2025. Protasov added that Roskachestvo supports the idea of state regulation of the work of marketplaces.
The technical committee for retail standardization, which is led by Roskachestvo, will develop a family of standards for the operation of marketplaces. We will standardize their work with order pick-up points (POPs) and suppliers. In this sense, a tool such as standardization can seriously improve the quality of work of marketplaces, and what is very important — reduce their conflicts with suppliers and counterparties, as well as improve the quality of their work with consumers.

Previously, the head of Rosstandart, Anton Shalaev, mentioned plans to create GOST standards regulating the marketplace market. At a meeting with Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, he said that changes had already been made to the basic GOST for trade and the concept of “online trade” had been introduced.
