From $105,800 to $119,600
The Dongfeng Warrior 917 Dragon Armor SUV, which was previously unveiled at the 2024 Beijing Auto Show, has become available for pre-order at prices ranging from $105,800 to $119,600.
The length, width and height of the new car are 5052, 2150 and 2059 mm, respectively, the wheelbase — 2950 mm, and the interior layout — five-seater. The body length, width and height of the previously released Dongfeng Warrior 917 are 4987, 2080 and 1935 mm, respectively, and the wheelbase — 2950 mm. Although the wheelbase remains the same, the Dragon Armor is slightly larger in appearance.
Dongfeng Warrior 917 Dragon Armor is painted in the military «Desert Storm» with silver contrast color on top. The car uses aircraft-grade carbon fiber in the front and rear bumpers, hood and roof platform. The rest is the same as the original Dongfeng Warrior 917.
The vehicle can be equipped with additional wheel covers, side tool boxes, roof platform, additional high beam headlights, tow bar, electrical connectors and other items.
The SUV is available in both electric and hybrid versions. The electric version has four 800 kW motors and a torque of 1400 Nm, which allows it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds and travel up to 505 km. The EREV version is equipped with a 1.5 liter engine with a capacity of 145 kW and three electric motors with a total capacity of 600 kW with a maximum torque of 1050 Nm. This version will travel more than 1000 km without recharging.
The Dragon Armor Edition gets a standard gray interior. It is also available in white and orange as an option. The interior features three large screens: a 15.6-inch central control screen, a 12.3-inch instrument panel, and a 12.3-inch front passenger screen. The car gets Nappa leather seats and a suede ceiling.
