The head of Roscosmos, Yuri Borisov, named the reasons for canceling the launch of the Soyuz-2.1a rocket. with a manned spacecraft «Soyuz MS-25». According to Borisov, at the final stage of pre-launch preparation an emergency situation occurred and the entire procedure was interrupted, the cause being a voltage drop in the chemical current source. The head of Roscosmos also said when the next rocket launch will take place: «We have set a reserve date — March 23, 17 hours 36 minutes local time (Baikonur), respectively 15 hours 36 minutes 10 seconds Moscow».
