Sony PlayStation's specific policies continue to lead to various incidents. Now those waiting for Tsukihime: A Piece of Blue Glass Moon are experiencing some dissatisfaction
Aniplex, which publishes the cult visual novel Tsukihime: A Piece of Blue Glass Moon, announced the nuances of the release of the art book. The fact is that due to the specifics of Sony's policy, the edition for the PlayStation console will receive an edited art book.
The community was contacted and told about the upcoming changes:
«Due to differences in platform publishing policies, the artbook included with the physical Limited Edition of [Tsukihime: A Piece of Blue Glass Moon] for PlayStation 4 will be printed with graphical changes for two pages, while the artbook included with the PlayStation 4 edition Nintendo Switch will be printed unchangedth“.
The developers assured that these changes to the art book for the PlayStation 4 do not mean that they will make changes to the game – the content was not touched.
It is noteworthy that Aniplex is owned by Sony Music Entertainment Japan.
Previously, players in Stellar Blade encountered censorship – some of the heroine’s outfits were changed (the logic of such changes is not entirely clear, since a lot of other explicit images were preserved in the game).
