The Autonews resource surveyed Moscow dealers and found out that many of them sell cars below recommended retail prices.
The official cost of the hit crossover Omoda C5 – 2.68 million rubles (this is the price of the basic version). At the moment, there is a discount of 240 thousand rubles on this car, but the dealer is offering to buy the car for 2.38 million rubles. That is, you can save 400 thousand rubles relative to the recommended price.
For 2.38 million rubles, one of the capital’s dealers offers the Omoda C5 in the Joy configuration, and as a bonus you can get a set of winter tires and extra supplements. — mats, mudguards and additional crankcase protection. «Let's call this the company's flexible pricing policy. At the same time, we do not complain about the lack of clients. These crossovers are selling like cakes here. If you don’t believe me, you can study the sales statistics for this model in Russia yourself», — the seller said.
Another popular crossover among Russians — Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max. With the official price of 2.82 million rubles and the current discount of 100 thousand rubles, one of the dealers is ready to sell the car for 2.69 million rubles. «Yes, indeed our prices are lower than the «official». Why did this happen? Well, we can explain this, for example, by our personal discounts from the car dealership», — explained the seller.
FAW Bestune T77 was supposed to turn into Lada X-Cross 5, but it didn’t. But the «source» is now offered with a significant discount of 240 thousand rubles – for 2.624 million rubles. But the dealer’s car is much more affordable: 2.223 million rubles. This is how much a crossover with a 1.5-liter 160-horsepower engine and a 7-speed robotic transmission costs.
«Don't look at the fact that this is the basic version. Here we already have intelligent cruise control, high beam assistant, panoramic roof and a large touch screen. Cheaper than the recommended retail price and «Moskvich 6». Official price of the basic version – 2.626 million rubles, discount from the manufacturer – 200 thousand rubles, and the dealer sells the car for 2.376 million rubles. In other words, you can additionally save 50 thousand rubles.
«These conditions apply to cars in the «Comfort» and «Business». As for the top version of “Techno”, it has not yet been brought to us. However, I can already say that there will be no such discounts on it», — said a representative of the salon.
