Zhaparov explained that Kyrgyzstan was forced to stop servicing «Mir» under pressure from a Latvian company that provides software and services for the country’s interbank processing center. This company sent a letter that if the interaction with the cards of the National Payment Card System (NSCP) of Russia is not suspended, it will shut down the interbank processing center.
The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan added that on the issue of working with Russian maps «Mir» A number of mechanisms and measures are already being developed. For now, these decisions cannot be announced, as Japarov said.
