Belarusian Geely and BelGee are in no hurry to buy Wildberries: “We’ll see what AvtoVAZ can do”

The Belarusian plant «BelGEE», which produces Geely cars and the BelGee crossover, does not yet plan to enter marketplaces, as AvtoVAZ did, but excludes this possibility in the future, as stated by the director of the enterprise Gennady Svidersky.

«We haven’t thought so yet. Let's see what AvtoVAZ can do, we'll follow them. So far we have no such plans– he said. Gennady Svidersky considers e-commerce very promising, «but for now we need to see what will happen».

AvtoVAZ began selling Lada cars on the Wildberries marketplace on May 21, and the «Vehicles» appeared on Wildberries in mid-April.
