The ARK Survival community is once again in turmoil. The game is being developed in early access and all sorts of technical problems arise, including those outside of optimization.
Enthusiasts recently found an exploit that allowed them to earn resources dishonestly. The game has a PvP component, so this should not be allowed.
The developers from Wildcard paid attention to what was happening and struck a blow – they decided to roll back the servers for about 8 hours (and accordingly progress players) and will also take action against those who used the exploit.
On the one hand, fans of ARK Survival Ascended support this decision, since the cunning people could accumulate an insane amount of resources, but on the other hand, some of them were also under attack because they had recently played.
