When you order Apple Vision Pro, you will need to scan your face using an iPhone or iPad with Face ID. This helps us determine the correct size of Light Seal and headbands, which together provide an accurate fit.

Secondly, you need to update the Apple Store app, the latest version, released on January 11th, supports Vision Pro face scanning.

Thirdly, Apple says that customers who wear glasses will be required to upload a valid prescription from an ophthalmologist after placing an order.
