Enthusiast Nukem9 has created a mod that allows users to enable frame generation from FSR 3 in games that do not have FSR 3 itself. But not in any games, but in those where the competitor’s technology is already integrated — DLSS 3. That is, in fact, the Nvidia frame generator is replaced by an AMD generator. Moreover, this only works on Nvidia video cards!
One would think that such a mod would not make sense, because it is easier for owners of GeForce adapters to use native technology, but DLSS 3 with a frame generator is supported only by adapters of the RTX 40 line, and FSR 3 also works on models using the mod RTX 30 and even RTX 20. In fact, AMD technology has made life easier for users of Nvidia cards that Nvidia itself has deprived.
