Dracula's Cave started the year with an analysis of released projects and reconsidered the attitude towards the Lion Quest series, decided to put things in order

In 2024, the developer of Dracula's Cave thought about the advisability of selling one of his projects. He decided that it was time to remove the game LQVE Lion Quest Versus Expanded from Steam.

As the creator explained, the dynamic platformer LQVE Lion Quest Versus Expanded (2017) is being removed in order to “ unify the series” consisting of the original Lion Quest (2016) and a full-fledged sequel Lion Quest Infinity (2021). He doesn’t think it’s necessary for this game to exist between those already released; moreover, both include the Versus mode, i.e. there is not much point in a separate game.

However, LQVE Lion Quest Versus Expanded may be of some interest to collectors of games on Steam. Dracula's Cave did not specify when exactly it plans to remove the game from Steam, and it did not set a farewell discount. The project will remain in the memory of the developer and the Steam libraries of those who managed to buy it.

Dracula's Cave is still developing games, for example, it recently released Sloth Tales on iOS and Android.
