It seems that the high concentration of negative reviews of The SIMs 4 nevertheless convinced the creators to pay attention to the accumulated problems
The life simulator The SIMs 4 has been on the market for many years. Over the years, Maxis has been delivering a variety of additional content and all sorts of technical problems often pop up.
Players have been complaining and leaving negative reviews for quite a long time – The SIMs 4 team did not just “hear” the opinion of the community , but also actively involved in the work. Maxis has reconsidered its approach to doing business and now has a whole team that will monitor the gameplay and deal with technical problems:
“We have studied errors due to which the game is interrupted process in The Sims 4, and we understand how much inconvenience this problem causes. That's why our decision was to form a special team, thanks to which we will be able to handle more crash reports and release updates with fixes more often. Our goal is to cross a lot of items off our to-do list over the next six months, resolve as many errors as possible at all levels of severity, and continue to work in the same spirit.”
The Sims 4 authors are expected to report on bug fixes every two months.
