Activision Blizzard has been remembered not only in the context of video games in recent years, with frequent reports of sexual harassment and other forms of inappropriate behavior in the workplace. Several years ago, the matter came to the point of filing a lawsuit.
It recently became known that Activision Blizzard intends to enter into a settlement agreement: if the court approves everything, the company will pay about $54 million — of this amount, ~45 million will be directed to a fund used to pay compensation.
Women who worked at Activision Blizzard from October 12, 2015 to December 31 will be able to receive compensation 2020.
