Sales are growing

Great Wall Motor announced that its total sales in April were 94,796 vehicles, up 1.8% year-on-year, bringing total sales from January to April to 370,129 cars, which is 18.18% more than a year earlier.

New energy vehicle (NEV) sales totaled 22,436 units in April, up 50.94% year-on-year, bringing cumulative NEV sales from January to April to 81,618 vehicles. In the price segment of about $27,700, 25,625 vehicles were sold, which is 98.18% more than last year.

Great Wall Motor owns five brands: Haval, Wey, Tank, Ora and GWM Pickup, which cover SUVs, sedans, pickups and minivans. Brand sales:

In addition, 36,141 vehicles were sold abroad, up 65.68% from last year. From January to April, GWM's cumulative overseas sales were 128,919 units, up 74.71% year-on-year. GWM currently claims to have 14 million users worldwide in 170 countries and regions and more than 1,000 sales channels. For reference, GWM sold 314,000 vehicles overseas in 2023, up 82.37% from the previous year.

By 2030, GWM plans to sell more than a million vehicles abroad annually, with high-end models accounting for more than a third of sales. GWM also announced that it will increase investment in overseas markets and support overseas expansion.
