Stable release of Android 15 is expected towards the end of summer

Google has introduced Android 15, but the stable version is not yet ready for release. Google's new mobile operating system boasts a host of new features, including built-in satellite connectivity support that some Chinese phone makers have already offered on their devices. In addition, several Chinese smartphone manufacturers have released beta versions of Android 15-based skins for some of their models.

While the OnePlus 12, Nothing Phone (2a) and Realme 12 Pro+ were among the first devices to receive the Android 15 test update, this early version is riddled with bugs and is not well suited for everyday use. To provide a better user experience, Chinese tech giants are asking app developers to adapt their apps to Android 15.
