The team of the largest Russian online trading platform Wildberries announced the launch of a new system for calculating product ratings. Now reviews for a product after 3 months from the date of publication daily will become less and less significant and their influence on the product rating will decrease.
At the same time, the 15 newest reviews will always influence the rating more than others. As noted in the press service, the update will allow maintaining current ratings in the assortment.
In mid-January, Wildberries added a purchase cancellation button that allows you to cancel delivery, but only within one hour after placing an order or before it begins to be assembled.
