Restoration work is underway
Users of the social network VKontakte began to complain en masse about problems with access to services. When entering the site, users see a message about unavailability and an invitation to try again later.
The press service is currently telling reporters that the social network is indeed experiencing difficulties loading some of its services. And they clarify:
We are working to restore full access.
The problem affected both mobile and desktop versions of Russian and foreign users, including residents of Poland and Belarus. In addition to the website, problems are also observed in mobile applications.
According to the Brand Analytics monitoring system, reports of problems began to arrive at 15:15 Moscow time.
