In the USA the new product costs $1000 less
Lenovo has launched a new version of the Legion 9i laptop in the Indian market, where it has a starting price of $5,400. In the US, the new product was released earlier at a price of $4,400.
Lenovo Legion 9i features a 16-inch Mini LED display surrounded by a narrow bezel. It has a 3.2K resolution, a 165Hz refresh rate, a 3ms response time and a peak brightness of 1200cd/m2. The device is VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certified and supports Dolby Vision and Nvidia G-Sync.
Lenovo Legion 9i features a forged carbon fiber cover. The keyboard features RGB backlighting and eight replaceable ceramic keycaps. The laptop is equipped with two Nahimic speakers with a power of 2 W. It also features a built-in 1080p webcam.
Inside the Lenovo Legion 9i is a 13th generation Intel Core i9 processor. Buyers have access to an RTX 4090 Laptop with 16 GB GDDR6 or an RTX 4080 Laptop with 12 GB GDDR6, as well as 32 or 64 GB of DDR5 RAM and an SSD with a capacity of up to 2 TB.
Lenovo has equipped the Legion 9i with a liquid cooling system called Legion Coldfront, developed in collaboration with Cooler Master. Features three AI-tuned air cooling fans and 6333 vents for heat dissipation.
The equipment includes a 99.9 Wh battery with support for fast charging, thanks to which the charging process from 0 to 70% takes 30 minutes, and to 100% — 80 minutes.
