Earlier it was reported that the game was supposed to become available again to users from the Russian Federation and Belarus with the start of the 12th season
The developers of the off-road driving simulator SnowRunner from Saber Interactive are in a hurry to upset players from Russia and Belarus with the news that they were unable to return the game to Steam in these regions along with the start of the 12th season.
Saber Interactive recalled that the game was initially withdrawn as a precaution against the Ford ban, and stated that some of the issues had already been resolved, but due to new discussions, the return of SnowRunner in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus is postponed indefinitely.
“We assure you that our teams of developers and lawyers are busy finding the best solution to this situation. As soon as we have new information, we will inform you”, says the official message.
Players were promised:
- Season 12 will be available for purchase on Steam in affected regions
- Owners of the Year 3 Season Pass on Steam and Epic Games Store will have access to Season 12
- Season 1 will be available again available for purchase on Steam in affected regions
