The remake of Persona 3 Reload, released today, immediately set an absolute record for the Persona series on Steam, gathering more than 42 thousand simultaneously active players.
For comparison, the last record was held by Persona 5 Royal with its 35 thousand users, while Persona 4 Golden was able to attract almost 30 thousand players at its peak.
Since the remastered version of Persona 3 is also available on other platforms and Game Pass, it's definitely much higher online.
