Exeed announced a restyled version of the TXL crossover in Russia. The main changes took place in the technical part and interior of the car.
Under the hood of the top version of the Exeed TXL there is a 2.0-liter gasoline turbo engine with a power of 197 hp. (375 Nm). It is mated to the all-new Fuzhen 8AT proprietary 8-speed automatic transmission. This tandem provides the crossover with acceleration to 100 km/h in just 8.7 seconds. «Junior» The 1.6-liter turbo engine has gained more power after the update and now produces 194 hp. and 275 Nm of torque. It is paired with a 7-speed «robot» Getrag.
Inside, the new front panel with a curved dual screen that combines two 12.3-inch displays immediately catches your eye. Also in the cabin there are new seats with electrical adjustment, ventilation and massage, a multifunction steering wheel, redesigned door cards and a premium Lion Melody audio system with 23 speakers and active noise reduction.
For the first time on the TXL model, a full head-up display is available on the windshield, which displays information about speed, range and navigation. The gearshift lever moved to the steering column, freeing up space on the central tunnel. It now houses a 50 W wireless charger for smartphones.
Comfort in the cabin is ensured not only by anatomical seats, but also by dual-zone climate control with an air aromatization system. There are three types of scents to choose from with five intensity modes.
Prices and configurations of the updated Exeed TXL for the Russian market will be announced later. Sales will start soon. All cars are covered by a factory warranty of 7 years or 200,000 km.
