The IMDb website sums up 2023 and has published a list of the best TV series over the past 12 months. The leader of the rating was The Last of Us from HBO and PlayStation.
Journalists noted that the series allowed Pedro Pascal to become a superstar, and Bella Ramsey showed even more sassy charm. The audience especially remembered the 3rd episode from Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann. But this isn't the only HBO series to make the list. In third place is Descendants.
The service noted that the second best series of 2023 was Ahsoka, and The Mandalorian was in the Top 5. Bear, the story of a young chef that focuses not only on cooking but also on his personal ups and downs, is another interesting Disney+ series. There were also series from Netflix (“Black Mirror”, “One Piece”, “The Fall of the House of Usher”), Apple TV+ (“Ted Lasso”) and Amazon (“Generation V”).
