Despite the fact that Great Wall Poer has been on the Russian market for a long time, there is a big problem with spare parts for this machine
«Club service» I have already talked about an unusual incident when a Chinese Great Wall Poer pickup «flew» wheel from an army KamAZ. Then they took the car to the service center and promised that they would tell us about the restoration process. And here is the first intermediate result: it turns out that it is very difficult to buy spare parts for this model, which has been present in Russia for several years now.
Dealers do not have spare parts in their warehouses: any body parts – only on order. Waiting period – from 30 days. And this applies not only to some rare parts: you will have to wait a long time for the bumper, hood, and headlight. The complete front part of the car was found in Chelyabinsk (the car is being restored in Moscow), and it came from Australia (!) and was cut off from the right-hand drive Great Wall Poer. The price was 360 thousand rubles – and it's cheaper than collecting the same set separately.
New chassis parts are only partially available, so «Club Service» preferred to purchase used parts (steering knuckle, shock absorber, etc.) – it's easier and faster.
Why don’t dealers have basic spare parts for the Great Wall Poer, which has been sold in Russia for several years now – The question is open. But there is another problem: there is no official service catalog that would allow you to select spare parts by numbers. In general, we have before us another example of how difficult it can be to repair a Chinese car – even one that has been sold in Russia for several years.
