This is the best smartphone in the Civi line in terms of autonomy
Xiaomi CEO Lu Weibing today officially introduced the new generation of the thinnest and lightest Xiaomi smartphone — Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro.
The device has become significantly better than its predecessor, in addition, it is the world’s first smartphone based on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 single-chip system. To cool the SoC, the company has provided a fairly large evaporation chamber with an area of 4184 mm2. The top version of the smartphone has 16 GB of RAM.
Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro remains a relatively compact model — The diagonal of the OLED screen is 6.55 mm. Screen resolution — 1.5K, maximum brightness — 3000 cd/sq.m.
The frame of the screen is quite small. The thickness of the device is 7.45 mm (in the version with a glass lid) or 7.75 mm (in the version with a leather-like lid), the weight is 179.3 or 177.6 grams, respectively. The side frame of the device is metal.
Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro focuses on both cameras. In the front, there is a system of two modules with 32-megapixel sensors and lenses with a viewing angle of 78° and 100°.
Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro became the company's first non-flagship smartphone with a Leica camera. In the main module — wide-angle Leica Summilux lens with F/1.63 aperture and 50-megapixel Light Hunter 800 sensor in 1/1.55-inch optical format. Another 50-megapixel sensor in a module with a lens with 50 mm EGF and an F/1.98 aperture is responsible for 2x optical zoom, the third module — with a 12-megapixel sensor and an ultra-wide-angle lens (EGF 15 mm). Xiaomi calls the Civi 4 Pro the best device in the Civi line in terms of autonomy. The smartphone received a battery with a capacity of 4700 mAh, the declared battery life — 1.4 days.
According to the latest data, Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro will not be sold outside of China. But this does not mean at all that its clone will not be released under the Redmi brand, as has happened before.
