Tesla sold less
Changan Automobile has officially announced that its annual sales volume in 2023 has exceeded 2.55 million vehicles. Tesla, according to analysts, sold about 1.8 million cars for the year.
At the same time, sales of new energy vehicles exceeded 470,000 units, and sales of the brand’s own vehicles abroad exceeded 230,000, which is an all-time record high.

In December, the Deep Blue Auto brand, which is a division of Changan, recorded sales of 18,338 vehicles, and in 2023, Deep Blue Auto delivered a total of 136,912 vehicles.
Cumulative shipments of Deep Blue SL03 have exceeded 100,000 units. According to Deng Chenghao, vice president of Changan Automobile and general manager of Deep Blue Auto, the actual shipment volume of Deep Blue S7 has reached nearly 60,000 units.
Deep Blue Automobile has built 908 order centers, 363 delivery centers and 570 service centers in 291 cities across the country.
Deng Chenghao previously stated that Deep Blue Auto's global sales target in 2024 — 450,000 units.
