In the West, Atomic Heart's vibrant soundtrack didn't win the prestigious award, but it was still noted elsewhere
The Atomic Heart soundtrack was nominated for the Hollywood Music in Media Awards. However, it was not possible to receive an award; a more worthy project was found.
Nevertheless, the musical accompaniment of the Mundfish game was still awarded with an award in another place – in Russia. Atomic Heart won in the category “Soundtrack of the Year” on VK Music 2023.
They wrote on the card of the winning game :
“The Russian game of the year and the soundtrack became an absolute hit. “Komarovo” to phonk and “pesnyary” to breakbeat – this is only possible in the alternative universe of Htomic Heart!”.
