Samsung today released a major firmware update, One UI 6.1, for the Galaxy S24 line of smartphones. The software is already available to smartphone users in South Korea and Europe. The update size exceeds 920 MB, the designation — S92xBXXU1AXCA.
The new version of the software contains the April Android security updates, as well as various camera improvements that affect: white balance and exposure (previously, users complained about yellowness in the photo, as well as too dark or too light pictures when certain conditions), photo quality when shooting in low light conditions (there were complaints about a decrease in detail in the images), image color rendition in ExpertRAW, clarity of text in photos with zoom. The update also adds the ability to record Instant Slow Mo video at 480 × 480 pixels.
