The plant will launch production of stamped body parts
LLC «Sollers Alabuga» received 3.4 billion rubles from the Industrial Development Fund (IDF) for the implementation of a key project for the production of stamped body parts for Sollers Atlant and Sollers Argo cars.
In the press service of «Sollers» confirmed plans to begin mass production of stamped components using domestic steel in the second quarter of 2025 at the site of a local project partner. The plant will stamp more than 120 body and cabin parts for Sollers commercial vehicles, as well as control the geometry of the produced components.
It is expected that the total production volume intended to support the Sollers Atlant and Sollers Argo models will be up to 40 thousand sets per year. Funds received as part of a preferential loan from the Federal Investment Fund under the Automotive Components program will be used to purchase new industrial equipment and stamping equipment, contributing to the additional development of the automotive industry in Russia.
