SDEK has made “significant progress” in eliminating the failure, but cannot yet begin work

Logistics operator SDEK is restoring services and has made progress, but is not yet ready to resume service.

«During Monday we made significant progress in restoring full operation, but, unfortunately, we were not ready to resume service. The SDEK team sincerely apologizes to all clients whose expectations we did not meet,” the company said.

The company promised to take measures to prevent a similar situation from reoccurring in the future.

We previously reported that due to a failure, the acceptance and delivery of shipments at order pick-up points was suspended.
