The Medium did not receive official Russian voice acting, but someone wanted it. They tried to fill this need with the help of the community.
The Designer localization team presented a new trailer for the Russian voice acting of The Medium. The unofficial localization of the horror game is set to be fully released on November 30 (some content creators/significant supporters of the project were given early access).
The announcement of Russian voice acting by The Medium was made back in 2021. The budget was estimated at 70 thousand rubles – judging by the progress in the VK community “Designer | Localization | Nancy Drew | The Medium”, collected a little more than 20 thousand, but still did not abandon the project.
The story of The Medium centers on a girl who is able to explore both the physical world and the world of spirits. She travels to an abandoned resort to use her clairvoyant powers to uncover mysteries.
