Payday 3 continues to evoke specific emotions. The developers touched one of the community's most beloved characters

Payday 3 recently received a patch with many changes. It turns out that the character's appearance has been changed.

Vlad, the “crazy Russian” who gave out the craziest contracts in Payday 2, was under attack. At the launch of Payday 3, his appearance was already different from the original actor, but there were still certain similarities. However, after the latest patch, he became strikingly different from the actor who played the role.

The producer of the series explained the change in appearance as a “problem of similarity.” Players assume that, in order to save money, Payday 3 refused to use the appearance of actor Vlad, as was the case in PD 2, and offered art similar to him – it turned out to be too similar and questions arose about the rights, so it was redrawn again.
