The Slavania project is slowly getting ready for release. This is a fairy-tale Metroidvania with some cool collectibles.
The fact is that in Slavania the player will be able to collect collectibles that are not familiar to many, such as treasures-notes, and grandmothers – Slavania has a collab with the Buranovsky grandmothers, a special achievement is tied to their collection:
“We have long wanted to add a collecting mechanic to the game, but we couldn’t decide what exactly the player would collect in different parts of Slavania. The Buranovsky grandmothers got lost in the forest and scattered in all directions. Now Alyosha needs to find them all and help them find the way so that they can gather into a large ensemble again and give a concert. This mechanic seemed quite funny to us, and the images of grandmothers fit perfectly into the surroundings of the game based on Slavic folklore.”
You can add Slavania to your Steam wishlist using the link, the release is scheduled for March 12, 2024. The events of the game will unfold in the world of the fairy-tale Middle Ages with the aesthetics of ancient Rus'.
