They will be presented very soon
AMD seems to have decided to once again rename its future Strix Point processors, although they have not even been presented yet.
Previously, we have already seen leaks with names like Ryzen AI 9 HX 170, while it was reported that the HX index will remain, but U/H/HS will be abolished. Now it is reported that the processors will be named according to the same principle, but a little differently. For example, Ryzen AI 9 365 or Ryzen AI 9 HX 370. That is, instead of the Ryzen AI 100 line, we will get Ryzen AI 300.
And this will be done for one simple reason. Intel also recently changed its naming guidelines, so now we have the mobile Core Ultra 100, and soon the Core Ultra 200 will be released. AMD doesn't want its Ryzen AI 100 to have a lower numerical value than its competitor's processors, so it will jump straight to the Ryzen AI 300 , skipping 100 and 200. This is a fairly common technique in the market.
The information was shared by the famous insider Golden Pig Upgrade, who at one time shared performance leaks of Intel CPUs of different generations and published Intel slides describing the Meteor Lake CPU.
