Production of a “soft” instrument panel for Lada Vesta will begin in Tolyatti. Production was moved from Izhevsk in record time

AvtoVAZ announced the completion of the project to transfer the production of Lada Vesta from Izhevsk to Togliatti, the last stage of the move was the transfer of the manufacturing technology of the so-called «soft» instrument panels. It only took 6 weeks. New equipment was installed in Togliatti in the Production of Plastic Products (PPI).

Currently, all equipment is functioning, calibration and production setup, and personnel training are taking place. Apparently, mass production of «soft» panels in Tolyatti will begin soon.

Recall that today AvtoVAZ officially announced the start of mass production of the Lada Vesta with a 1.8 EVO engine and a CVT.
