The United Aircraft Corporation announced that the Il-96-400T wide-body cargo aircraft, which had previously undergone the procedure for restoring airworthiness, began operation at Sky Gates Airlines. On December 10, the liner made its first commercial flight with a cargo of goods from abroad.

Il-96-400T – This is a cargo version of the wide-body Il-96. The airliner is equipped with four PS-90-A1 engines. The maximum take-off weight is 270 tons. Maximum payload weight – 92 tons, while the flight range – up to 5 thousand km. And when loading 40 tons, the flight range increases to 12 thousand km.
