Nvidia Listens to User Complaints? The GeForce RTX 50 Laptop lineup will not feature models with less than 8GB of memory, and all will get GDDR7

And the place of the youngest ones will be taken by cards of old generations

GeForce RTX 50 Laptop video cards will appear in 2025, as well as, possibly, desktop cards of the same line. And today there is fresh data about Nvidia’s new mobile products.

The line has the code number GN22 and appears in Clevo’s leaked road maps. It is known that the line will contain at least six adapters with numbers X2, X4, X6, X7, X9 and X11. There are no model names yet, but there are memory sizes: from 8 to 16 GB. That is, apparently, at least at the initial stage, the line will not have cards with a memory capacity of less than 8 GB, but Nvidia may well release such an adapter later. At least now there is an RTX 4050 Laptop with 6 GB. It’s also worth noting that all cards are specified to have GDDR7 memory, so it’ll probably be the same in the desktop segment.

This year we won't see any new video cards at all? Rumors say that Nvidia, AMD and Intel have postponed their new products to early 2025

By the way, this particular card, as well as the RTX 3050 Laptop and RTX 2050, will remain in the line and will be sold in parallel with the RTX 50. This probably means that there will be no cards younger than the RTX 5060 in the new line of cards. &amp ;nbsp;
