Hi-Fi Rush received recognition from players and critics, but in the end Tango Gameworks was closed. Microsoft's policies continue to raise eyebrows
Recently, the transnational corporation Microsoft decided to close the Tango Gameworks studio, known for The Evil Within, Ghostwire: Tokyo and Hi-Fi Rush. This decision surprised many gamers.
Soon, information about a statement by one of the managers appeared, which raised even more questions from the community. The head of Xbox Game Studios held a meeting during which he said that Microsoft needs small, prestigious games that will be able to win awards – this happens literally the day after the closure of Tango Gameworks.
One of the employees of the closed studio decided to respond to the scandalous statement of the Microsoft manager and showed the awards that Hi-Fi Rush managed to receive.
In the photographs of Kazuaki Egashira you can see statuettes from The Game Awards, BAFTA, CEDEC Awards and more. Quite quickly, this publication by the former studio manager collected almost 4 million views on the social network.
