Basic Acura ZDX – rear-wheel drive
Acura — premium brand Honda — opened pre-orders in the United States for its first electric crossover, the Acura ZDX, as well as its «heated» version of the Acura ZDX Type S. Deliveries of commercial vehicles are promised in the coming months.
The base Acura ZDX has one engine, rear-wheel drive, 358 hp. and a power reserve of 504 km. This option is priced at 64.5 thousand dollars. All-wheel drive version with two engines producing 490 hp, — 68.5 thousand dollars.
The Acura ZDX Type S has two trim levels that are technically in no way different: in both cases, there are two engines with a total power of 500 hp. and a power reserve of 447 km. Prices — 73.5 and 74.5 thousand dollars.
Recall that Acura already had the ZDX crossover: the first generation car with a futuristic design was produced from 2009 to 2013. It was a coupe-shaped crossover, conceptually similar to the Honda Crosstour. Now Acura is reviving the ZDX, but as a completely new car. And not small: the dimensions of the second generation ZDX — 5022 x 1956 x 1636 mm with a wheelbase length of 3094 mm.
