Another step towards the production of domestic chips
Moscow Group of Companies «Lasers and equipment» for the first time in Russia, it launched the production of laser machines for high-precision microprocessing of printed circuit boards and semiconductors.
«The ultraviolet installation is designed for precision microprocessing of flat and three-dimensional polymer films, printed circuit boards and semiconductor materials. An ultraviolet laser has high accuracy and radiation power; it can process materials that are not amenable to infrared devices. Today, the company has already produced four machines; it plans to produce at least 50 machines a year for companies in the microelectronics industry», — said the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the Moscow Government, Vladislav Ovchinsky.
«Lasers and equipment» creates laser equipment for macro- and microprocessing of metallic and non-metallic materials, laser welding and 3D printing complexes. The company cooperates with Russian Railways, Rosatom, UEC and other large industrial enterprises in Russia.
